WHAT PAYMENT METHODS THERE?

Our online store has integrated Shopify Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna , so you can pay with:

  • Credit Cards (up to 3 interest-free installments with Klarna)

HOW AND WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship to all of Europe via Correos , through a platform called Packlink Pro.

Our shipments are made to Address.

Shipments are dispatched 1 to 3 business days after purchase and take 4 to 7 days to reach their destination, so they usually have a total delay of 5 to 10 days to arrive.

After making your purchase, Packlink Pro will notify you of all updates to your shipment by email.

CAN I RETURN OR CHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Of course. Your satisfaction with our product is the most important thing for us.

You can exchange or return any purchase you have made, within 3 months of making it, without having to give any explanation.

How are the details?

You will find the size information for each product, but here is a summary.

CAPS AND MIKIS

One size adjustable, from 52 to 62cm in diameter (universal size for people 10 years and older).

PILUSOS

  • Size M - 57 to 59cm diameter
  • Size L - 59 to 61cm in diameter

BEANIES Y BALACLAVAS

Highly elastic, adjustable one size , suitable for heads of all diameters (for children, this is usually from 7 years old onwards).

SOCKS

Unisex size, from 36 to 43. Shaft length approx. 27cm.

WHEN THE STOCK REPUTS?

We usually replenish stock once a month. To find out when a product that is out of stock is restocked, you can enter the product and click the button " Notify me of stock ", where you will have to leave your email to receive an email with a restocking notice.

CAN ONLINE BUY AND RETREAT ON SALE POINTS?

You can't , since they work independently from us, even though they sell our products, they manage their own stock and deliveries, therefore you will have to go to to buy it directly there.
