Shipping policy

At ZELVA Spain we work with shipping companies Post, InPost and FedEx .

The process of Sending a purchase begins after having received the payment confirmation of the purchase.

The time it takes to arrive a shipment to your destination is from 3 days to 10 business days, depending on which part of the country you go.

In case of receiving a shipment with failed or missing products, we will take care of sending you the corresponding products as previously agreed.

In case the shipping data entered by the customer is incorrect, we will contact to correct it and you can send it correctly.

At ZELVA we take care of any inconvenience that the shipping company may have since our objective is as long as our customers receive their shipments in a timely manner. Therefore, in case of damage or loss caused during the transport of the same, we will take care of sending new products in conditions.
