Warranty Coverage

  1. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials of the product for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
  2. The warranty applies only to products purchased through our official online store (zelva.com.es).
  3. If the product has a defect covered by this warranty, ZELVA undertakes to repair, replace or refund the defective product, at our discretion.

Defects covered by the Warranty

  • Seams that have become unstitched or torn improperly with use.
  • Buckles/Tanches broken or no longer working properly.
  • roof tiles failures that tear or discolor easily.
  • Detachment of embellishments, patches, labels, linings that should be fixed to the cap

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, normal wear and tear, alterations or modifications to the product.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme elements such as heat, cold, water, or any other external factor.
  • Cosmetic problems such as scratches, discoloration, or wear due to regular use of the product.
  • Products that were not purchased directly from our online store.

How to Make a Claim

To make the warranty effective, please follow the following steps:

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • ZELVA reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if we consider that the damage is not covered by this warranty.
  • Shipping costs for the return of the defective product will be borne entirely by ZELVA.
  • This warranty is provided as an additional benefit and does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable law.
