"Muchachito emerged as a space for work and expression in 2017 in Valparaíso, and also out of a need to experience plant-based food.
That year I began my vegan journey and I really wanted to explore that cuisine.
Cooking has always been a part of my family, from my grandmothers with their preserves and pasta, to my father with his slow-cooked dishes, to my mother who always knew how to make delicious dishes with whatever she had on hand.
Muchachito is that space-time where I can be myself from the deepest part of my being, where I can play and create being free." – Vicente.
